摘  要:大田种植膜下滴灌条件下,设置不同土壤水分水平,研究了不同水分对旱作水稻品质的影响。结果表明,在不同水分条件下,土壤含水率与水稻的出糙率、精米率、垩白米率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度等指标呈极显著正相关;土壤含水率与水稻的整精米率、米饭感官评分指标呈显著正相关;不同水分条件对水稻长宽比的影响不显著;土壤含水率与水稻的不完善粒、蛋白质含量指标呈极显著负相关。A study is made of the effect of rice quality under different water conditions with dry-farming by drip irrigation under mulch films in different soil moisture levels as test factors.The results show that under the condition of different moisture,rice roughness,rice rate,chalky grain rate,chalkiness degree,amylase content and gel consistency show a highly significant positive correlation with soil moisture.Milled rice rate and rice sensory evaluation show a significant positive correlation with soil moisture.The effect of different water conditions on the aspect ratio of rice is not significant.Imperfect grains of rice and protein contents show a highly significant negative correlation with soil moisture.
