摘　　要：采用问卷调查和数据分析方法调研现有物流联盟,对物流联盟管理能力进行实证研究,分析物流联盟管理能力对竞争优势、联盟绩效的影响。结果表明:物流联盟管理能力对竞争优势、联盟绩效具有显著正向影响,竞争优势在物流联盟管理能力与联盟绩效的关系中扮演较大比例的中介作用,物流联盟管理机制对物流联盟管理能力的提升发挥着重要作用。This paper does empirical study on alliance management capabilities of logistics enterprises by using questionnaires and data analysis methods, and analyzes the impact of logistics alliance management capabilities on competitive advantage and alliance performance. Findings are as follows： logistics alliance management capabilities have significant positive effect on competitive advantage and alliance performance, competitive advantage largely mediates the relationship between logistics alliance management capabilities and alliance performance, logistics alliance management routines have a great influence to the promotion of logistics alliance management capabilities.
