摘 要:目的:探讨先天性症状性巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染新生儿,脑脊液(CSF)CMV脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)是否阳性与脑损伤的相关性。方法:抽取36例先天性症状性CMV感染患儿CSF,采用聚合酶链式反应法(PCR)检测CMV DNA,应用头颅B超(c US)和核磁共振(MRI)技术观察患儿脑损伤情况,分析患儿脑损伤与CSF CMV DNA的相关性。结果:36例患儿中CSF CMV DNA阳性15例(41.7%),影像学检查发现脑损伤11例(30.6%),CSF CMV DNA阳性组脑损伤6例,阴性组脑损伤5例,相关性分析结果显示CSF CMV DNA与脑损伤无相关性(P=0.465,OR=1.681)。结论:先天性症状性CMV感染患儿CSF CMV DNA是否阳性与脑损伤无关。Objective: To investigate the correlation between the brain lesions and cytomegalovirus( CMV) deoxyribonucleic acid( DNA) in the cerebrospinal fluid( CSF) of newborns with symptomatic congenital infection. Methods: A total of 36 newborns with symptomatic CMV infection were analyzed for the presence of CSF CMV DNA by Polymerase chain reaction( PCR),and went through cerebral magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) and ultrasound( US). The correlation between the neuroimaging findings and CSF CMV DNA was examined. Results: Of the 36 newborns,15( 41. 7%) had positive CSF CMV DNA,and abnormal MRI and US imaging were noted in 11 cases( 30. 6%). 6 newborns with imaging abnormalities in the positive CSF CMV DNA group,5 with imaging abnormalities in the negative group. CSF CMV DNA was not associated with brain lesions( P = 0. 465,OR = 1. 681). Conclusions: CSF CMV DNA of congenital symptomatic CMV infected newborns being positive or not dose not correlate with any CNS findings in newborns with brain lesions.
