彩色多普勒超声对子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值。方法:选择初步诊断为剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠孕妇34例,行经腹和阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,并与术后确诊结果比较;同时比较治疗前后患者的血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)和阻力指数(RI)的变化。结果:经彩色多普勒超声诊断结果为瘢痕妊娠患者29例(85.29%),术后确诊瘢痕妊娠31例(91.18%),两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),术前超声检查误诊2例;术后1个月所有子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的血β-HCG和RI值逐渐恢复正常。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声对子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断准确性较高,在临床诊断及治疗中具有指导意义。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for uterine scar pregnancy（ CSP）. Methods： Thirty-four pregnant women with preliminary diagnosis of CSP after cesarean section were selected,they underwent transabdominal or transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and the results were compared with postoperative diagnosis. Levels of human chorionic gonadotropin（ β-HCG） in blood and resistance index were compared before and after treatment. Results： Test results of color Doppler ultrasound showed that there were 29 CSP women（ 85. 29%）,postoperative diagnosis showed that there were 31 CSP women the patients（ 91. 18%）,and no significant difference was found（ P〈0. 05）,2 cases of preoperative ultrasound misdiagnosis. After operation for 1 month,blood β-HCG and RI values of all the pregnant women gradually returned to normal. Conclusions： Using color Doppler ultrasound in CSP diagnosis has high accuracy.
