摘　　要：针对目前高耗能特种设备能耗统计分析的现实需要,研究开发了一个基于B/S架构(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器模式)与C/S架构(Client/Server,客户端/服务器模式)的高耗能特种设备能耗统计分析系统,实现了数据统计分析的全面自动化,为能效限定值标准的制定提供了技术支持,为高耗能特种设备节能工作的有效开展提供了重要保障。For the statistic and analysis needs of high energy consumption of special equipment, the paper developed a energy consumption statistic and analysis system of the high energy consumption of the special equipment based on B/S framework （the Browser/Server mode） and C/S framework （the Client/ Server mode）. The system has realized comprehensive automation for the date statistics and analysis, and provided technical support for the standards, and provided an important guarantee for the energy saving of high energy consumption of special equipment.
