摘　　要：至今，有杀菌活性的磺酸或磺酰胺基本上是舍有平面的苯环等结构。我们希望找到更多的含有平面构象的磺酸和磺酰胺。我们设计了预计与金属如镍螯合的双α-磺酸／磺酰胺取代的环十二烷基二酮和四α-磺酸／磺酰胺取代的环十二烷基四酮系列化合物和带四磺酸／磺酰胺（烷基）取代基的双二硫纶镍系列化合物．我们希望这些化学物是平面并具有杀菌效果。我们还讨论了α-磺酰胺环十二酮的有杀菌功能的张开的构象和有时有杀菌功能的闭合构象。Until now, the sulfonates and the sulfonamides mostly contain some planar structure such as benzene.We hope to find more sulfonates and more sulfonamides with planar structure.We design some following compounds and expect them having the planar structure and having the antibacterial activity ： bis （ α -sulfonate/sulfonamide ） -cyclododecyl-dione, tetrones （ α -sulfonate/sulfonamide ） -cyclododecyl-tetrone and nickel bis（ dithiolene ） complexes with substituent groups （alkyl） sulfonate/sulfonamide.We also discuss the active open configuration and half-active close configuration of α-sulfonamide cyclododecanone.
