摘 要:针对物流配送中碳排问题,引入考虑货车载重、行驶速度与路况因素的碳排测算方法,建立了强制排放、碳税与碳交易政策下配送模型.采用数值实验,探讨了碳限额、碳税率、碳交易成本、碳排放额对配送总成本、碳排放与配送路径的影响.仿真表明:3种低碳政策下均可选择合适策略,减少碳排;碳交易机制兼顾对排放政策管控与市场引导的优势,且企业有可能从减排中获得经济收益,促使其减排.研究成果可为发展低碳物流提供参考.To solve the carbon emission problem of logistics distribution ,a carbon emission calculation method considering vehicle load ,speed and live traffic information is introduced .It proposed logistics distribution rou‐ting models under different emission policies such as emission cap ,carbon tax and carbon trade .By using of numerically simulation test ,the impacts of emission cap ,carbon tax ,carbon trade cost and carbon cap on lo‐gistics distribution routing decision are discussed .Simulation results show that carbon emission of logistics distribution can be decreased by implementing appropriate carbon emission policy .Furthermore ,carbon trade mechanism reduces emission by making good use of emission policy control and market‐led .Under the guide‐line of carbon trade mechanism ,logistics companies have more incentive to reduce carbon emission since they may gain some financial benefits from their carbon emission reductions deals .This study can provide a frame of reference for developing low‐carbon logistics .
