摘 要:为避免公路网规划方案评价中众多评价指标间的矛盾性,以及难以定量化等问题,以可拓理论为基础,选择公路网连通度、理想规模接近度、饱和度、里程拥挤率、经济效益费用比、内部收益率和社会环境影响7个指标作为评价指标体系,构建公路网规划方案可拓评价模型.运用简单关联函数确定指标权重,计算公路网各项指标的综合关联度及级别偏向特征值,对方案进行评价.以山东省公路网规划方案为例,对模型进行了验证.结果表明,可拓评价方法能够有效区分方案的优劣程度,采用可拓方法所得的结果比实例中层次-关联分析法更贴近实际.To avoid the contradiction of highway network planning and evaluation the extension theory , choosing the road network connectivity ,the ideal size of proximity ,saturation ,crowded mileage rate , economic cost ratio ,internal rate of return and the social and environmental impacts seven indicators as the evaluation index system ,highway network planning extension evaluation model is constructed . Using simple correlation function to determine the index weight ,calculate the road network and the level of overall correlation characteristic values of the indicators of bias the quantitative indicators , which evaluate the program .Shandong provincial highway network planning ,for example ,the model is validated and run with highway network status indicators are compared ,results show that the ex‐tension evaluation method can effectively distinguish scheme superiority ,the results of the extension evaluation method is closer to reality than the level‐relational analysis .
