物流企业运营车辆的中期更新策略

摘　　要：根据某快递企业多年统计数据对车辆单位距离运营成本与车辆行驶累计里程之间的线性假设和非线性假设两种情况进行比较和验证,证实了非线性假设是对线性假设的一种改进.进而建立了基于改进的车辆运营成本函数并综合考虑货币价值的车辆更新决策模型.通过算例分析,探讨了新车未来残值期望、新车购买费用、新车运营费用与旧车运营费用的比值、旧车已运营年数单变量变化对车辆更新决策的影响.研究证明,一些资金充足的大型物流企业,实现运营车辆中期更新,是一种使企业受益的策略.This paper compared two cases between linear hypothesis and nonlinear assumptions of vehi‐cle operating cost in unit distance and vehicle miles according to the years of statistical data of a ex‐press enterprise ,confirmed the non‐linear hypothesis is an improvement of the linear hypothesis .Ve‐hicle replacement decision model is established on the comprehensive consideration of improve vehicle operating cost function and monetary value .Finally through case analysis ,the new car’s salvage value expectation in the future ,new car purchase cost ,the ratio of operating expenses of old car and new car ,operating years of old car how to influence the vehicle replacement decision singly were probed . Studies suggest that well‐funded and large logistics enterprises ,achieving vehicles interim update ,is a kind of benefit strategy to enterprise .
