摘 要:庄301井位于准中莫西庄地区,该区块地层岩性复杂,施工中复杂情况多,机械钻速低,钻井周期长。分析该区块复杂情况发生的原因后,通过使用聚硅铝胺防塌钻井液体系,辅助相应的钻井液现场维护处理工艺及工程措施,顺利钻至目的层。全井机械钻速11.15m/h,比邻井提高了25%,实现了优快钻井的目标。Zhuang-301 well is located in Moxizhuang area of Junggar Basra. Many complex situations will occur in orullng process this area because of complicated formation lithology, so the mechanical drilling rate is low and drilling cycle is long. According to the analysis of the reasons leading to the complex situations, a polysilicate aluminum amine anti-sloughing drilling fluid system is used, and some site drilling fluid maintenance and treatment measures are adopted, which ensures successfully to drill to target horizon at high drilling speed. The average mechanical drilling rate in whole drilling process of Zhuang-301 well is 11.15 m/h, and it is 1.25 times as large as that of near wells.
