摘  要:目前国内外对高密度水泥浆的自身性能研究较多,针对水泥浆在流经实际地层后的性能变化的研究尚属空白,而水泥浆在地下的性能变化对固井施工的安全和质量都有着极为重要的影响。采用密度为2.30g/cm3的、含盐量分别为10%(Na CL)和18%(Na Cl)的2种高密度盐水水泥浆,模拟施工过程中水泥浆其流经不同厚度的盐层,测试模拟流经盐层前后的密度,对比分析了所流经盐层厚度、水泥浆含盐量、环空返速对密度变化的影响情况。结果表明,水泥浆流经盐层后,密度将增加;在流经相同厚度盐层时,环空返速越高,水泥浆的密度增加越大。Currently, the studies on the high density slurry at home and abroad focus on its own properties, the study on the performance changing of the high-density slurry flowing through salt layer is little. But the underground performance changing of the high-density slurry is important to the safety and the quality of cementing. The performance changing of high-density slurry flowing through the salt layer of different thickness in cementing is simulated using two kinds of slurry whose density is all 2.30g/cm^3 and NaCl content is 10% and 18% separately, the density of two kinds of slurry before and after flowing through salt layer is measured, and the effects of the thickness of salt layer, the NaCl content of slurry, the slurry flowing rate in annular space on the change of slurry density are studied. It is shown that: the density of slurry increases when the slurry flows through salt layer; when flowing through the salt layer of the same thickness, the higher the flow rate of the slurry in annular space, the more the density of slurry increases.
