摘  要:安塞油田位于黄土高原,沟壑纵横,滑坡、崩塌、洪涝等地质灾害频发,该区域的输油管线具有较大的泄漏风险。简述安塞油田输油管线运行特点及安全风险,总结了输油管线的管理和预警的经验,针对该区域输油管线管理存在的薄弱环节,提出进一步完善数字预警系统、"四级责任"管理、加强地质灾害的防控等建议。Ansai Oilfield is located in loess plateau, where there are many gullies, and the geological disasters such as landslide, collapse, flood frequently occur. So the leakage risk of oil pipelines there is very great. The operation features and the safety risk of the oil pipelines in Ansai Oilfield are introduced, the experiences in the management and the leakage warning of oil pipeline are summarized, and some imprnvement measures to the weaknesses in the management and the leakage warning of oil pipeline and some suggestions to the prevention of the geological disasters are proposed.
