摘　　要：霍克海默形而上学批判与现代西方哲学之间存在复杂关联,只有深入西方现代哲学的语境之中,才能了解其重要理论意义。两者之间的共同点体现为:拒斥形而上学,反对主客二分以及强调主体性三方面;二者之间的区别是:对待形而上学的态度、对待理性的态度以及对待现实的态度三方面。Horkheimerg criticism of metaphysics and modem western philosophy has a complex association. Only in -depth into the context of modem western philosophy, can we understand its important theoretical significance. Commonalitics between the two is reflected in：the rejection of metaphysics, opposition to the subject -object di- chotomy as well as emphasized subjectivity;The difference between them is reflected in：treat metaphysical attitude, treat rational attitude and treat reality attitude.
