摘　　要：通过论述现代小卫星技术30年的发展历程,总结其技术发展水平并举出现阶段的典型应用实例,讨论小卫星未来的发展方向,论述大众化空间与现代小卫星的关系,总结现代小卫星技术服务于大众化空间的各项特征。The 30-year retrospect on the development of modern small satellite technology is discussed systematically. Therefore, this paper discusses the modern small satellite technology development level and the typical application examples, introduces the development direction of small satellite, and summes up the characteristics of the modern small satellite technology and services in public space. Small satellites are moving towards the Public Space Age, so the paper deduces the relationship between Public Space and modern small satellites.
