摘　　要：挂牌公司数量：一年半内增加7倍,未来2年内或将达到1万家挂牌公司类型：主板上＂从未有过的公司＂挂牌公司股价：半年内最高涨幅1077倍;10倍以上有20家挂牌公司业绩：大多数盈利。The establishment of NEEQ(National Equities Exchange and Quotations) or the New Tertiary Board aims to activate the multiple-level capital market and services for high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises. Up to now, 2547 small and mediumsized companies(SMEs) are traded on the New Tertiary Board. It complements the existing main board, the SME board and the ChiNext board, being seen as an easier financing channel with low costs, simple listing procedures and a short application period for start-up firms unqualified to be listed on major exchanges.
