摘　　要：近年来,在国际金融危机的影响下,世界大多数国家的经济发展都陷入困境,但我国经济发展依然保持着良好的势头。这其中很大程度上有着科技型中小企业的功劳。科技型中小企业的蓬勃发展对整个社会经济起到了显著的提升带动作用。但科技型中小企业融资难问题成为其发展的主要障碍。对此,用本文对相关研究成果梳理总结,以找出进一步研究的方向。In recent years, under the influence of the international financial crisis, the economic development of most countries in the world is in trouble, but China’ s economy has maintained good momentum of development, largely to the credit of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises （ SMEs ） . The prosperous development of high-tech SMEs plays a significant role in promoting and improving the whole social economy. But SMEs’ financing problems have become the main obstacle in its development. This paper tries to summarize and indentify the direction for further research.
