学术期刊主编提前参与对专家审稿意见处理探析

摘　　要：出于对主编权益的保护和对作者劳动的尊重,以及学术期刊质量的保证,主编应提前参与对专家审稿意见的处理工作。借助在线审稿系统与责任编辑、审稿专家和作者的主动沟通,主编要将提前了解和查看专家审稿意见作为主编日常工作的一部分;责任编辑也要将专家审稿意见综合分析整理后及时呈送主编,帮助主编提前参与到这一工作中。The chief editor should participate in dealing with experts’ reviews on manuscripts as early as possible to pro-tect chief editor’ s rights, respect the author’ s work and to ensure the quality of academic journals. With the help of the online peer review system and active communication with editors, the chief editor should make early knowledge of ex-perts’ reviews on manuscripts part of his or her daily work. Editors should also make comprehensive analysis of experts’ reviews in time for the chief editor so as to facilitate his or her early participation in this work.
