摘　　要：未成年人犯罪记录封存制度在我国的确立虽具有重大历史意义,但其规定过于原则,使得该制度存在适用范围比较狭窄、适用主体模糊、适用程序不明、缺乏相应配套机制等问题。有必要适度扩大未成年人犯罪记录封存制度的适用范围,明确其适用主体,细化适用程序,且完善相应配套机制,逐步完善这一制度,并最终使其走向未成年人犯罪记录消灭制度。The establishment of the system of the sealed crime records in China is historic significance, but its rules are so principled to relatively narrow scopes, confuse subjects, mistake procedures of the appli-cation without appropriate support mechanisms. It is necessary to expand the scopes, clear the subjects and detail the procedures of the application, and improve a support mechanism, gradually improve this system, ultimately abolish the sealed crime records of juvenile delinquency.
