摘　　要：智能楼宇是物联网技术未来应用的一个重要领域,为了克服传统建筑分散、管理方式独立所带来的耗时、耗力问题,满足用户的多样化需求,对现有的物业管理、一卡通管理、办公自动化、建筑设备自动化等独立的系统进行整合,通过建立一个满足需求、易于使用的Web管理系统实现集中管理和协同工作的目的。基于B/W/D三层架构,针对系统管理、面向设备管理和用户管理,设计并实现基于物联网的智能楼宇Web管理系统,满足在新的形势下对建筑进行智能管理的要求和用户的需要,提高建筑智能化水平,完善智能建筑管理模式,实现楼宇内部管理工作的网络化、自动化、数字化。Intelligent building is an important field in the future application of the Internet of things technology. In order to overcome the problems of time and strength waste incurred by the traditionally scattered architecture and the mode of separate management and to meet the diversified needs of customers, the separate systems such as existing system of property management, smartcard management, office automation, building automation are integrated, the centralized management and collaborative work objective are realized through the establishment of the Web management system of meeting the demand and using easily. Based on the three layer architectures of B/W/D, in view of the system management, the equipment management and user management, Web management system of intelligent building based on Internet of things is designed and implemented, to meet the needs of intelligent management requirements of building in the new situation and the users, to improve the level of intelligent building, to perfect the intelligent building management mode, and to realize the building internal management network, automation, and digitization.
