摘 要:旋毛虫病的血清学诊断技术基于诊断抗原的研究。旋毛虫抗原分为排泄-分泌抗原、表面抗原、虫体抗原及重组抗原。排泄-分泌抗原是旋毛虫肌幼虫分泌排泄物,重要的组分有p49、p53和杆细胞相关颗粒抗原等,前者对旋毛虫病有诊断价值,p53可区分现症感染与既往感染,面后者则具早期诊断价值。旋毛虫虫体表面抗原的研究较少,处于起步阶段。旋毛虫的虫体抗原成分复杂,多与其他寄生虫病有交叉反应,用作诊断抗原的价值还有待考证。基因工程抗原研究较多的有旋毛虫氨基肽酶(TsAP)、副肌球蛋白(Ts-Pmy)、Ts87蛋白、组织蛋白酶样B蛋白酶(TsCPB)等,由于其均质性,可大量制备等倍受青睐。本文就旋毛虫抗原的研究进展作一综述,为旋毛虫病免疫诊断用抗原的研究提供参考。Trichinosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the infection of Trichinella, and its serological diagnostic techniques are based on the development of immunological diagnostic antigens. The antigens of triehinella generally are di vided into excretory-secretory antigens, surface antigens, somatic antigens and recombinant antigens. The excretory-secretory antigens are excretory and secretory products of muscle larvae of trichinella, which embody P49, p53 and stichosome related granule antigen, etc. while the former is worth for trichinosis diagnosis, then p53 can differentiate between past and current infection with Trichinella, the latter is useful in early diagnosis for trichinellosis. Study of body surface antigens of Trichinella is in the initial stage. Crude somatic antigens of trichinella larvae has complex composition, and most likely have cross reaction with other parasitic diseases, and the diagnostic value of it remains to be proven. Howev er, genetic engineering antigens are hotly studied now, such as Trichinella spiralis aminopeptidase (TsAP), T. spiralis paramyosin (Ts Pray) , Ts87 protein, cathepsin liked B protease (TsCPB) , and are favored for its homogeneity and probable to prepared in a large scale. This article reviews the research progress of triehinella antigens for immunological diagnosis of trichinosis, which may provide a reference for the study of trichinosis immunodiagnostics.
