关节镜探查清理术联合小切口肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析关节镜探查清理术联合小切口肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果。方法 60例肩袖损伤患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例,对照组接受传统全开放式肩袖修补术治疗,观察组则给予关节镜探查清理术联合小切口肩袖修补术治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果,比较术后两组患者疼痛评分及肩关节功能评分的改善情况。结果观察组术后疼痛评分为(1.3±0.6)分,明显低于对照组,其肩关节功能评分为(33.6±2.1)分,明显高于对照组,且观察组术后并发症发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的23.3%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组手术疗效优8例,良16例,可4例,优良率为80.0%,明显高于对照组的43.3%(P<0.05)。结论在肩袖损伤患者的手术治疗中,应用关节镜探查术联合小切口肩袖修补术方案,手术效果佳,术后并发症发生率低,患者疼痛评分低,肩关节功能恢复程度优,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of the arthroscopy debridement combined with small incision of rotator cuff repair in treatment of rotator cuff injury. Methods 60 cases of rotator cuff injury in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 eases in each group. The control group received traditional open rotator cuff repair treatment, and the observation group were treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with small probe check incision of rotator cuff repair treatment. The clinical effect of treatment, pain score and score of shoulder joint function after operation were observed. Results The postoperative pain score （ 1.3 ＋ 0.6） of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the shoulder joint function score （ 33.6 ＋ 2. 1 ） was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 3.3%, significantly lower than that of the control group （ 23.3% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The operation curative effect of observation group was excellent in 8 cases, good in 16 cases, normal in 4 cases, with the excellent and good rate of 80% , significantly higher than that of control group 43. 3% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement surgery combined with small incision of rotator cuff repair in treating for rotator cuff injury has advantages of good effect, low incidence of postoperative complications, low postoperative pain score, fast recovery in shoulder joint function, worthy of promotion.
