改良鼻饲饮食对吞咽困难伴糖尿病患者的影响  被引量:1

摘  要:探讨鼻饲饮食内容、量、次数的改变对吞咽困难伴糖尿病患者的影响及效果的评价。方法:将126例需要放置鼻饲管的吞咽困难糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组63例。试验组采用改良的饮食内容、量、及次数进行进食;对照组采用传统鼻饲饮食方式进食。结果:试验组病人鼻饲并发症、体重下降明显少于对照组,陪护的劳动强度减少、饮食费用明显减少,血糖控制较好,差异有显著意义(P〈0.01)。结论:通过改良鼻饲的饮食内容、饮食量、次数,吞咽困难伴糖尿病患者常见并发症减少,患者家属的劳动强度减少、饮食费用明显减少,体重下降明显减慢,血糖控制较好,增加了患者及家属恢复健康的信心。Objective: The discussion of effect evaluation and the effect of the change of the substance, the quantity and the times of nasal feeding on dysphagia patients with Diabetes Mellitus.MethodS: Deviding 46dysphagia patients with Diabetes Mellitus who need nasal feeding into Experimental Group and Control Group .Each group has 23cases. The patients in Experimental Group are fed in the way of the improved food substance,quantity, times of the nasal feeding. The patients in Control Group are fed in the way of traditional nasal feeding diets.Results: the weight loss and the complications resulted from nasal feeding of the experimental group is obviously less than Control Group. In Experimental Group,the labor intensity of the accompany decreases, the fee for the diet is obviously reduced, the blood glucose control of the patients in Experiment Group is better. There are significant differences. (p (0.01) .Conclusion:by improving the substance,the quantity and the times of the diet, the common complications of the dysphagia patients with Diabetes Mellitus are decreased, the labor intensity of the family members of the patients is decreased. The fee for the diet is obviously reduced. The rate of the weight loss of the patients is remarkably slowed dow. The blood glucose control of the patients is better, the confidence of recovery of the patients and their family members are increased.
