原络通经针法治疗卒中后焦虑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察原络通经针法治疗卒中后焦虑的临床疗效。方法:将90例卒中后焦虑患者随机分为3组,治疗组用原络通经针法治疗,对照Ⅰ组用原络配穴针法治疗,对照Ⅱ组用口服西药希德治疗。治疗前后用汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分,评定疗效。结果:治疗组30例,治愈7例,显效14例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%;对照Ⅰ组30例,治愈3例,显效10例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%;对照Ⅱ组30例,治愈6例,显效13例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率90%。3组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),副作用的比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),两个针灸组比西药组副作用少。结论:原络通经针法治疗卒中后焦虑症有很好的临床疗效,是治疗卒中后焦虑理想的方法之一。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Yuan -primary and Luo -connecting meridian smoothing needling method on post -stroke anxiety disorder and search for an effective therapy of TCM for post-stroke anxiety disorder.Methods：Ninety cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and two con-trol groups,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated by Yuan-primary and Luo-con-necting meridian smoothing needling method;the control group I by Yuan-primary and Luo-connecting nee-dling method and the control group II was by medication only.All the three groups were treated for 4 weeks. Changes of scores of HAMA were detected.Results：The scores of HAMA scales in all groups after treatment were improved,and there was a difference between three groups （P〈0.05）.The acupuncture groups had less side effects than the medication group.Conclusion：Yuan-primary and Luo-connecting meridian smoothing needling method can provide the satisfactory outcome for post-stroke anxiety disorders, and the acupuncture treatment has less side effects.
