电针治疗30例阿尔茨海默病的疗效评定

摘　　要：目的：观察电针治疗阿尔茨海默病（AD）的疗效。方法：30例AD患者确诊后,针刺神庭、百会、大椎、风府、命门、涌泉穴,平补平泻,得气后予G6805-Ⅱ型电针治疗仪连接3组穴位,神庭、百会1组,大椎、风府1组,双侧涌泉1组。施以连续波,频率2-100 Hz,电压2-4 V,刺激量以患者能够耐受为度,每次留针25 min。每日1次,连续10次为一疗程,疗程间间隔3天,3个疗程治疗结束后用MMSE和HDS-R评价疗效。结果：电针治疗后MMSE和HDS-R总评分较治疗前有显著升高（P〈0.01）;电针治疗后与治疗前相比,MMSE分项评分中定向力、记忆力、计算力、语言能力的评分均提高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;电针治疗后与治疗前比较,HDS-R分项评分中,患者定向力、记忆力、日常生活能力、计算力、认知力的评分均提高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：电针是治疗AD的有效方法,能有效提高AD患者总体智能和认知功能。Objective：To observe the curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment on AD.Methods：Thirty patients received acupuncture at “Shenting”（ GV 24 ） , “Baihui”（ GV 20 ） , “Dazhui”（ GV 14 ） , “Fengfu”（GV 16）,Mingmen（GV 4） and “Yongquan”（Kl 1） points.EA（2-100Hz,2-4V）was applied to “Shen-ting” （GV 24）,“Baihui” （GV 20）,“Dazhui”（GV 14）,“Fengfu”（GV 16） and“Yongquan”（Kl 1）for 25 min.After 3 courses of treatment with MMSE and HDS-R evaluate the curative effect.Results：After electroa-cupuncture treatment MMSE and HDS -R total score was significantly increased compared with that before treatment（P〈0.01）.Electroacupuncture treatment compared with before treatment,according to the MMSE component scores among patients, directional force, memory and computing power, language scores were in-creased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.According to HDS-R component score, directional force, memory, ability of daily life, computing power, cognitive scores among patients were increased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Con-clusion：Electric acupuncture is an effective method for the treatment of AD,which can effectively improve the overall intelligence and cognitive function among patients with AD.
