摘　　要：电针治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)有着确切而较为理想的疗效。本研究从不同取穴角度出发,对近5年来电针刺激督脉、阿是穴治疗SCI对损伤局部微环境、凋亡及神经修复影响的国内实验研究进行整理和综述,并尝试探讨其未来可能的研究方向。The treatment of spinal cord injury （ SCI） by electroacupuncture is effective and ideal.This article is from the angle of different acupoints to collate and review the research of electroacupuncture stimulation for SCI by Du Meridian or Ashi point for the effect on microenvironment and apoptosis and nerve repair in domestic experiments in recent 5 years.We also try to explore the possible direction of research in the future.
