摘  要:目的:研究刺五加多糖(ASP)对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用2、4-二硝基氟苯诱导迟发型超敏反应(DTH)模型,采用高、中、低三种浓度ASP对DTH模型小鼠致敏期及诱发期给药,观察小鼠耳组织肿胀、炎性细胞浸润程度,以及胸腺指数、脾脏指数,通过ELISA检测血清中IL-2、IL-4、INF-γ细胞因子的含量。结果:经ASPS给药干预组与DTH模型组耳组织肿胀方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),能明显抑制DNFB引起的炎性反应,减少炎性细胞的浸润,降低胸腺和脾脏指数,减少血清中IL-2、IL-4、INF-γ含量。结论:刺五加多糖(ASP)能抑制DTH免疫失衡。Objective:To study the regulative effects of ASP on immune function.Methods:DNFB-induced de-layed type hypersensitivity models were established and high, medium and low ASP concentrations were ad-ministrated during sensitization and induced DTH stage.Evaluate the thymus index and spleen index and ob-serve the swelling of the ear tissues and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration.Measure the contents of se-rum IL-2,IL-4 and INF-γcytokines by ELISA.Results:The results of ear weighting showed that ASP sig-nificantly inhibited DTH reaction(P〈0.01).Histological observations indicated ASP markedly reduced the infiltration of lymphocytes.ASP could increase the thymus index and spleen index,and the contents of IL-2, IL-4 and INF-γ.Conclusion:ASP can significantly improve the cellular immune function.
