摘  要:目的:通过正交试验优选SPG复方的最佳提取工艺。方法:拟用回流提取法,以水为提取溶剂,以提取时间、提取次数、溶剂倍数为考察因素进行正交试验,以浸膏中的丹酚酸B、芍药苷、甘草酸含量为指标,通过指标权重法计算综合评分以评价提取工艺,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果:SPG复方最佳提取工艺为12倍水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:所得的最佳提取工艺稳定可行,重复性好,可作为SPG复方的提取工艺。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of SPG by orthogonal test.Methods:This experiment planned to adopt refluxing extraction method.With water used as extract solvent, extraction time, times of ex-traction and solvent ratio were considered by orthogonal test.The contents of salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in extractum were evaluated as index components.Overall rating was calculated by index weight to assess extracting process and determine the optimal extracting method.Results:The optimal extrac-tion process for SPG was described as follows:refluxing extraction for 2 times and 1.5 hours each time with 12-fold water.Conclusion:This method is stable and repeatable,which can be used as the extraction process for SPG.
