针刺百会、神门穴对原发性癫痫患者血清垂体泌乳素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:以针灸理论为指导,观察针刺对原发性癫痫患者血清垂体泌乳素的影响。方法:将90例原发性癫痫患者随机分为针刺组、西药组和针药组,每组30例。针刺组以百会、神门为主穴针刺,西药组常规服用抗癫痫药物丙戊酸钠缓释片(德巴金),针药组在服用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗基础上进行针刺治疗。观察治疗前后癫痫患者血清垂体泌乳素(PRL)水平和临床症状的变化。结果:针刺组和西药组PRL治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组PRL水平与治疗前比较,具有极显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗后PRL水平的组间比较显示,针药组与其他两组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺百会、神门穴可影响原发性癫痫患者血清垂体泌乳素水平并能有效改善癫痫患者的临床症状。Objective：To observe the influence of acupuncture on endocrine function in the patients with primary epilepsy under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture theory.Methods：90 cases of primary epilepsy were randomly divided into three groups：an acupuncture group,a western medicine group and an acu-puncture-medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with the acupunc-ture at Baihui and Shenmen as the main acupoints.The western medication group was treated with conventional dose of Valpromide, and the acupuncture-medicine group was treated with Valpromide and acupuncture at main points.Plasma prolactin （ PRL） levels were observed before and after the therapy.Results：The PRL lev-els in the acupuncture group and the western medicine group had significant differences（P〈0.05）;the PRL levels in the acupuncture-medicine group had an obviously significant difference（ P〈0.01）;in the acupunc-ture-medicine group PRL levels had a significant difference compared with those in other two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .The acupuncture-medicine group had an obviously significant difference in changing the epilepsy syn-drome（P〈0.01）,and in other groups the results were not obvious.Conclusion：Needling at Baihui and Shen-men is an effective method for influencing the endocrine function and improving the endocrine situation in the patients with primary epilepsy.
