头针配合补阳还五汤对脑梗死恢复期患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察头针配合补阳还五汤对脑梗死恢复期患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的影响,观察脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分治疗组和对照组,每组30例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组采用头针配合补阳还五汤,对照组单纯服用补阳还五汤,疗程1个月。观察两组患者治疗后同型半胱氨酸的变化及临床疗效的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率94.36%,对照组总有效率75.38%,两组间比较,P<0.01,差异具有显著性。治疗后治疗组的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平明显下降,较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:两组均具有降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的作用,头针配合补阳还五汤组治疗脑梗死疗效显著,明显优于中药组。Objective：To observe the effect of scalp-acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the Hcy scale of patients in the recovery stage of cerebral infarction after the basic western medicine treatment, and to observe the clinical effects.Methods：60 cases were randomized into a treatment group by scalp-acu-puncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction and a control group just received traditional Chinese medi-cine for one month.Then observe the Hcy scale and the clinical effects in two groups.Results：The total ef-fective rate in the treatment group was 94.36% and in the control group it was 75.38%.Compared between two groups,there was a significant difference（ P〈0.01） .The patients′Hcy scale in the treatment group was declined obviously（P〈0.05）,but the control group had no significant difference after the treatment（P〉0.05） .Conclusion：The Hcy scale in two groups has declined, but the scalp -acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction has a significant efficacy in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which is superior to only Chinese medicine.
