血小板活化因子与妊娠期高血压疾病及其胎儿生长发育关系的研究

摘　　要：目的检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者及其胎儿脐血血清中血小板活化因子(PAF)的水平,以探讨PAF在妊娠期高血压疾病发病及胎儿生长发育中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)测定150例妊娠期高血压疾病患者及50例正常妊娠妇女及其胎儿脐血血清中PAF水平。结果妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清中PAF浓度为(妊娠期高血压组为12.47±1.44μg/l,轻度子痫前期组为14.78±0.76μg/l,重度子痫前期组为17.39±1.46μg/l),明显高于对照组(9.43±0.73μg/l),比较差异有极显著性。妊娠期高血压疾病新生儿脐血血清中PAF水平(妊娠期高血压组为4.19±0.38μg/l,轻度子痫前期组为6.38±0.33μg/l,重度子痫前期组为8.44±0.41μg/l),对照组为(2.46±0.27μg/l)比较差异有极显著性。结论孕妇血清中PAF水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及病情轻重有关,随着病情加重,PAF逐渐升高。脐血血清中PAF水平影响着胎儿及胎盘的生长发育。Objective： To survey levels of PAF in serum of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and their fetuses, so as to quest for their effect on this disease and fetal growth. Methods： Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to measure serum PAF levels in 150 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 50 nomal pregnant women and in their fetal umbilical cord. Results： PAF level in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy groups （gestational hypertension： 12.47±1.44μg/l： Mild preeclampsia： 14.78±0.761μg/l; Severe preeclampsia： 17.39±1.46μg/l） was significant hinger than that （9.43_±0.731μg/l） in normal pregnant group. There is also singnificant difference in plasma of two groups＇ fetal umbilical cord, （gestational hypertension： 4.19_±0.38μg/l; Mild preeclampsia： 6.38±0.331μg/l; Severe preeclampsia： 8.44±0.41μg/l） and that in normal pregnant group is 2.46±0.271μg/l. Conclusions： The levels of PAF in pregnancy women was concerned with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and the degree of this disease.the level of PAF in fetal umbilical cord affects the growth of fetus and placenta.
