摘　　要：目的探讨保定地区筛查确诊的甲低患儿口服左旋甲状腺素钠(L-T4)的治疗效果。方法选取2008年-2012年在保定市新筛中心筛查确诊的甲低患儿为研究对象,口服左旋甲状腺素钠(L-T4),个体化治疗方案,定期复查甲功。并设患儿组为实验组,相匹配的正常儿童为对照组,采用spss13.0软件进行t检验和χ2检验,P≤0.05,为差异有统计学意义。比较两组身高、体重及智商的差别。结果患儿组的身高、体重和智商发育均接近于对照组,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论经筛查确诊的CH患儿,通过尽早正规治疗,其体格及智商发育基本上接近正常同龄儿童。Objective： This article discusses the effect of L-T4 treatment on Neonates with CH in Baoding. Methods： The objects of the research are the neonates confirmed as CH at the screening center of Banding during 2008-2012 that are under individualized L-T4 treatment and regular reexamination. The items such as height, weight and IQ are compared through statistics means between the experimental and control groups. Results： The difference in height, weight and IQ between the experimental and control groups, P〉0.05, has no statistical meaning. Conclusion： The physique and IQ of CH Neonates under early and professional treatment are close to normal children.
