摘　　要：目的研究辛伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)模型大鼠主动脉粥样硬化段IL-18,IL-10 mRNA表达的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠高脂饲料喂养,复制食饵性AS早期模型,用药组灌胃辛伐他汀。造模给药4周后,用RT-PCR方法观察对照组、模型组和用药组主动脉壁粥样硬化段病理变化及IL-18,IL-10 mRNA的表达。结果辛伐他汀组AS主动脉硬化段IL-18 mRNA的表达降低,IL-10 mRNA的表达增加,动脉硬化的进程被阻止。结论辛伐他汀对大鼠动脉粥样硬化具有保护作用,并能提高AS斑块稳定性。Objective To study the effect of simvastatin on expressions of IL-18 , IL-10 mRNA in aortic atherosclerotic segment .Methods Male SD rats were fed with high-fat diet, early di-etary AS model was copied .Treatment group were given simvastatin .After 4 weeks, the ex-pressions of IL-18 , IL-10 mRNA of aortic atherosclerotic segment in control group , model group and treatment group were observed by RT-PCR method .Results In treatment group , expres-sion of IL-18 mRNA on the main section of AS was reduced , expression of IL-10 mRNA in-creased , and AS process was prevented .Conclusion Simvastatin has protective effect on AS , and could improve the stability of AS plaque .
