摘  要:目的探讨医学影像传输归档系统容灾方案的设计,建立灾备中心,在医院医学影像归档和通信系统/放射信息系统(PACS/RIS)出现运行故障时容灾机房的应急备份系统可以立即接管医院的PACS/RIS整体系统的运行。方法通过增加1台高端型号的独立备机,安装部署在容灾机房中,作为RIS容灾备份服务器,现有的所有客户端增加异地容灾备份服务器数据库指针文件,用于指定RIS容灾备份服务器的路径。结果 PACS中的诊断报告数据库和病人图像文件通过Mirror View软件将主机房存储阵列里面的数据通过同步的方式镜像复制到容灾机房的备份阵列中,从而实现了异地容灾备份。结论对PACS/RIS适时地进行容灾方案的设计是十分必要的,可以进一步保障系统运行的稳定性和安全性,有助于提高科室的工作效率,同时也能充分发挥其为临床服务的作用,给临床提供方便。Objective To explore the design of disaster tolerance schema in picture achieving and communication system /radiology information system(PACS / RIS) and construct disaster tolerance center, so as to take over the PACS / RIS of the whole hospital in emergency. Methods Increased a high-end model of independent backup machine as the server of RIS for disaster tolerance, which was installed in disaster tolerance room, all existed client-sides were provided with the pointer remote backup server database file and specified the path to RIS server for disaster tolerance. Results The diagnostic report database and patient image files were synchronously replicated to backup array of disaster tolerance by Mirror View software inside computer room storage array, thus realized the remote backup of disaster tolerance. Conclusion It is demonstrated that essential design the schema of disaster tolerance in PACS / RIS at timely manner could further protect the stability and security of the system. It is helpful to improve the efficiency and play an important role in clinical service.
