摘　　要：通过对我国柴油标准发展历程以及铁路内燃机车使用柴油标准的回顾,根据铁路内燃机车柴油机技术性能特点,对铁路内燃机车选用柴油标准进行了全面的技术探讨。通过对比分析我国现行2个柴油标准GB 19147—2013《车用柴油(Ⅳ)》和GB 252—2011《普通柴油》的适用范围和主要技术指标差异,依据环境保护相关要求,认为从2015年开始,铁路内燃机车应按照车用柴油标准选用柴油,同时提出制定我国铁路内燃机车专用柴油标准的建议。By looking back on the development process of diesel standards and locomotive diesel standards for railway applications in China,the paper makes an elaborate technical discussion on the standards selecting locomotive diesel for railway applications,based on the technical performance and features of locomotive diesel for railway applications. By making a comparative analysis on differences in application scopes and main technical indicators of the two diesel standards that are available in China,namely,the Automobile Diesel Fuels（IV）（GB 19147—2013）and the General Diesel Fuels（GB 252—2011）,according to the relevant environmental protection requirements,the paper deems that diesel oil shall be selected for railway locomotives as per the automobile diesel standards. In the meantime,it also puts forward suggestions of developing the diesel standards special for railway locomotives in China.
