防火标准在城轨车辆内装设计中的应用

摘　　要：从城轨车辆结构性防火、小区域防火、材料防火、试验项目等方面,比较美国、英国、德国、法国和欧洲标准的异同点,总结我国城轨车辆设计在这4个方面的技术现状,指出发展方向。为提升城轨车辆的整体防火水平,从火情预防与处置、车顶结构、地板结构、司机室间壁、座椅结构、防火涂层等防火要点,阐述城轨车辆内装设计新技术,并提出发展建议。With a view to structural fire protection, fire protection in small areas,material-related fire protection,test items and other aspects concerning urban rail vehicles,by comparing similarities and differences in standards available in the U.S.,the U.K.,Germany,France and Europe,etc.,the paper summarizes the state-of-the-art of the domestic urban rail vehicle design in such four aspects,showing clearly the development direction. To enhance the overall fire protection level of urban rail vehicles,the paper elaborates on the new technologies relating to the interior decoration design of urban rail vehicles and puts forward some development proposals,based on such fire protection essentials including fire prevention ＆ disposal,vehicle roof structure,floor structure,cab partition,seat structure,fire protection coating and so forth.
