摘　　要：针对广泛运用于我国客车的104型空气分配阀易出现缓解不良的问题,从3个方面分析缓解不良具体表现及各自原因,建议主阀引起的缓解不良应进行更换。通过故障分析,提出对空气分配阀的改进措施。With a view to the fact that a defective release may frequently occur to the 104 air distribution valves that are widely applied to domestic passenger trains,the paper analyzes the specific performance and causes of such a defective release based on three aspects,putting forward a measure of replacement to solve a defective release caused by the main valve. By making a fault analysis,the paper puts forward recommendations for improvement concerning air distribution valves.
