摘 要:介绍了一种由插接式接桩扣及预制件连接的增强型预应力混凝土离心桩,该接桩技术取消了传统接桩使用的连接钢板.通过对经加速劣化处理的管桩进行抗拉,抗剪试验以及有限元软件模拟抗弯试验对该接头进行论证,与传统焊接接头进行对比,发现该机械连接技术具有安全环保,快速便捷,耐久性好,经济效益显著等特点.This paper introduced an enhanced centrifugal prestressed concrete pile connected by plug-in connection buckle and prefab.This technology replaced the traditional access using connection plate.The piles were dialed with accelerated degradation, through tensile, shear tests and bending test which were simulated by finite element software.The new mechanical connectors were compared with traditional welded joints.It is found that the mechanical connection technology is environmentally safe, fast and convenient with excellent durability and significant economic benefits and so on.
