摘  要:采用溶液聚合法合成了塔拉胶接枝丙烯酸类高吸水树脂,并研究了聚合反应时间、中和度和引发剂用量等因素对接枝产物吸水性能的影响,比较了树脂吸蒸馏水和盐水的情况。实验结果表明,合成的最佳工艺条件为引发剂用量为0.12g,中和度为65%,反应时间为75min。并采用红外光谱(FTIR)对产物进行分析表征。The superabsorbent polymer based on tara gum was synthesized by solution polymerization method. The influences of the factors such as the polyreaction time, neutralization degree of acylic acid monomer and initiator dosage, on the water - absorbent performance of the grafted product were studied and instance of distilled water and salt water by the resin was compared. The optimum conditions of synthesis have been obtained through the results. The initiator dosage is 0.12 g. The neutralization percentage is 65 %. The time of reaction is 75min. The synthetic product was characterized by FTIR analysis.
