摘  要:设计了基于Lab VIEW的轴承试验机测控系统,实现了对轴承温度、振动、系统压力、加载载荷等试验数据的实时采集、处理、分析、记录及保存,并可对试验机主轴转速、加载载荷、润滑温度等进行精确控制,同时具有互锁、报警、急停等一系列保护功能。试验结果表明:基于Lab VIEW的轴承试验机测控系统具有运行稳定可靠、控制精度高、系统操作简单等优点。A measurement and control system for bearing tester is designed based on LabVIEW.The real-time collec-tion,processing,analysis,recording and saving of test data are realized,such as temperature,vibration,system pres-sure and load of bearings.The spindle speed,load,lubrication temperature of tester are accurately controlled,and the tester also has a series of protection function,such as interlock,alarm,sudden stop and so on.The test results show that the measurement and control system for bearing tester based on LabVIEW has advantages of stable and reliable op-eration,high control accuracy,simple system operation,etc.
