摘　　要：目的探讨急诊科对群体伤救治的流程和对策,提高院内急诊处置群体伤的能力,提高救治成功率。方法对该院在2010年6月—2013年5月期间收治的71起1021例突发群体伤救治资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均得到及时有效救治,死亡11例,其中8例死于现场或院外,3例死于医院重症病房,在急诊科救治过程中无一例死亡,无一例医疗投诉发生。结论周密的应急预案、科学有序的临场指挥、高水平的医师分诊、准确的信息登记、危重病人的分组责任医疗、密切的科室配合是提高群体伤在院内急诊抢救成功的关键。Objective To investigate the emergency department for treatment of wounds group processes and measures to improve the capacity of the hospital emergency room injuries disposal groups, to improve the treatment success rate.Methods Of Shunyi District Hospital in June 2010 - May 2013 period were treated 71 injured since 1021 cases of emergency treatment groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients receive timely and effective treatment, and 11 died, including eight cases of deaths or hospital outside the scene, three cases died in hospital intensive care unit, with no deaths in the emergency department treatment process, no case of medical complaints occur.Conclusion Careful contingency plans, scientific and orderly spot command, a high level of physician triage and accurate registration information, medical liability group of critically ill patients, the department closely with communities to improve wound in the hospital emergency department key to success.
