摘　　要：建立和规范卫生监督管理模式是基层卫生监督机构需要迫切解决的重点问题,经过多年来的实践和探索,朝阳区卫生局卫生监督所积累了一些经验,该文对基层卫生监督创新管理模式中的一些做法和思路进行实践经验方面的介绍,供同仁参考。It’s the urgent and important issue for the Grass-roots Health Supervision to establish and standardize the management mode of health supervision. Through years of exploration and practice, Health Supervision Agency of Health Ministry of Chaoyang District has accumulated some experience. This paper mainly introduces some ideas of practical experience on innovation management mode in grass-roots health supervision,all is for the colleagues’ reference.
