摘　　要：本文通过同一城市不同医院间同种疾病和同一医1院不同医生对同一疾病的各项费用比较,对影响经营水平的费用总量及构成差异性进行分析。研究提升医疗机构经营管理水平,降低社会就医总成本方法,提出提升管理水平的可行性建议。In this paper, the author has compared the medical expense of the same disease in different hospital in a city and by different doctors, and analyzed the total cost and composition differences which affected the operating level. The author discussed the methods to promote the management level in medical institutions and to reduce the total cost of the social medical treatment, and offered feasibility recommendations to enhance the management level.
