摘　　要：该研究分析探讨了妇产科护理管理中的不安全因素,包括护理管理制度不完善、培训不到位等方面,并提出了相应的对策,为妇产科护理安全管理提供一定的参考。This paper analyzes and discusses the unsafe factors of nursing management in gynaecology and obstetrics including imperfect nursing management system and insufficient training, puts forward corresponding countermeasures for safe nursing management in gynaecology and obstetrics.
