摘　　要：随着我国卫生事业不断发展,卫生技术评估在提高医疗服务质量和水平方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,对完善我国卫生事业管理体系具有重要意义。如何做好卫生技术的评估,为决策者制定卫生政策和计划提供科学可靠的信息和决策依据,进而促进卫生资源的有效配置,已经成为一个重要而迫切的课题。文章对国内外卫生技术评估方面的研究文献进行了分析和整理,旨在探究卫生技术评估的研究进展,为我国卫生技术评估的发展提供借鉴。With the development of sanitation in our country, health technology assessment plays a more and more important role in improving the quality and level of health service, and it is significant to improve the management system of sanitation. It has become an important and urgent task to do a good job in the assessment of health technology, which can provide the scientific information and basis for decision makers to make health policy and plan, and then promote the effective allocation of health resources. In this article, to explore the research progress of health technology assessment and provide a reference for the development of health technology assessment of our nation, we make a review and analysis of the domestic and foreign research literatures on health technology assessment.
