HPLC法测定林芝地区丹参中丹参酚酸B含量

摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定林芝地区产丹参不同部位中丹参酚酸B的含量.方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱（4.60mmx250mm,5μm）;流动相为甲酸-水-甲醇乙腈（1∶59∶30∶10）,等度洗脱;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为286nm;柱温为25℃.结果：丹参酚酸B含量测定的线性范围为0.039 6～0.792mg/mL,相关系数为0.999 0,平均加样回收率为99.40％.结论：丹参茎、叶中均含有丹参酚酸B,可以进行相应资源的开发.Objective ： To establish a method for Salvianolic acid B for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods ： The Phenomenex C18 an-alytical column （4.60 mm X 250 mm, 5/xm） was used. The mobile phases comsisted of Formic acid, H2 O, Methanol and Aacetoni-trile （1 ： 59 ： 30 ： 10） with isocratic elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 286 nm and the columntemperature was at 25℃. Results：The method had good linear relationship within the range 0. 0396-0. 792 mg/mL of Salvianolicacid B, with the correlation coefficent higher as 0. 999 0. The average recovery was 99. 40M of Salvianolic acid B. Conclusion：There were certain concentrations of Salvianolic acid B in stem and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
