双黄连含片治疗感冒(风热证)临床疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察双黄连含片治疗感冒(风热证)患者的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取风热感冒患者262例,随机分为观察组和对照组各131例,观察组患者服用双黄连含片,对照组患者服用羚翘解毒片,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者总有效率为90.84%,对照组患者总有效率为82.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双黄连含片治疗感冒(风热证)患者临床疗效显著,能有效且快速改善患者的临床症状及体征,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the Shuanghuanglian buceal tablets for treating cold （wind heat syndrome） clinical treatment andpatient safety. Methods： 262 cases of patients with hot cold were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group takingShuanghuanglian buccal tabletsand, the control group taking lingqiaojiedu tablets, 131 patients, espectively. Results：the total effec-tive rate of observation group was 90.84%, patients in the control group the total effective rate was 82.44%, two groups of cold（wind heat syndrome） patients treated with total efficiency had significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： for cold （wind heatsyndrome） has a good therapeutic effect in patients with the use of Shuanghuanglian buecal tablets, Shuanghuanglian buccal tabletscan have the clinical symptoms and signs in patients treated with effective and rapid,it can be popularized in the clinical treatment.
