摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ti O2载体,等体积浸渍法制得A+B/Ti O2低温硝酸尾气脱硝催化剂。利用固定床反应器,以氨气作为还原剂,考察了反应温度、氨氮比、空速等因素对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明:在170℃、氨氮比1.1,空速10 000 h-1时,脱硝效率达到94%,既有较好的脱硝效率,又经济合理。TiO2 carrier is prepared with sol-gel method, and V2 O5/TiO2 catalyst is made with incipient ̄wetness impregnation method. Using a fixed bed catalytic reactor, with gas ammonia as reducing agent, the influence of reaction temperature, ammonia/nitrogen ratio, space velocity and other factors on the performance of the catalyst are investigated. Experiment results show that at the temperature of 170 ℃, ammonia/nitrogen ratio of 1. 1, space ve ̄locity of 10 000 h-1 , the NOx removal efficiency of the catalyst has reached 94% with both good removal efficiency and good economic efficiency.
