服务型地方政府促进大学生就业对策研究

摘　　要：十八大报告提出:要贯彻劳动者自主就业、市场调节就业、政府促进就业和鼓励创业的方针,实施就业有限战略和更加积极的就业政策,推动实现更高质量就业。目前,大学毕业生已成为就业结构中最基本、最重要的组成部分。本文全面分析和阐述了服务型地方政府在促进大学毕业生就业方面的工作现状,进而提出了一些对策,旨在促使政府在促进大学毕业生就业过程中发挥出更有效的作用。The report of the 18th Party Congress of China put forward that we should implement the policy of the laborer autonomous employment, market adjusting employment, and the government to promote employ-ment and entrepreneurship. It also implemented the strategy of limited employment and a more active employ-ment policy, to promote higher quality jobs. At present, college graduates are an important part of employment structure. Countermeasure research on service-oriented local government promoting the college graduates em-ployment had been expatiated and analyzed systematically, so that service-oriented local government should work active on promoting the college graduates employment.
