医护同组查房对骨科护士专业素质的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨医护同组查房对骨科护士专业素质的影响。[方法]将同时期住院的96例病人分为观察组和对照组各48例进行观察比较,对照组采用传统的医生单独查房方法,观察组病人采用医护同组查房,在医护同组查房前后对护理人员的各项专业素质进行考核,在病人出院时医生及病人对病人住院期间的护理效果进行评价。[结果]医护同组查房后护士的护理基础理论、骨科专科护理理论、骨科操作、骨科体检得分均高于医护同组查房前(P<0.05);观察组病人出院时医生和病人对护理工作的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对骨科护士实行医护同组查房可以有效地提高护士的专业素质,提高护理满意度和护理质量。Objective： To probe into the influence of healthcare same group rounds on professional quality of nur- ses in orthopedic department. Methods： A total of 96 cases of patients who hospitalized in the same period were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each. They were observed and compared between both groups. The patients in control group used the traditional doctors separate rounds, and the pa- tients in observation group received the healthcare same group rounds. Before and after healthcare same group rounds, all items of professional quality of nursing personnel were checked, when the patients was discharged the doctors and patients evaluated the nursing effect during hospitalization. Results： After the healthcare same group rounds, the nursing basic theory, orthopedic specialist nursing theory, orthopedic operations and orthope- dic medical examination scores of nurses were higher than that before the same group rounds（P〈0.05）. In ob- servation group,the doctors and patients＇ satisfaction to nursing job when discharging was higher than that in control group （P〈0. 0S）. Conclusion： The implementation of healthcare same group rounds for orthopedic nurse rounds can effectively improve the professional quality, nursing satisfaction and quality of care of nurses.
