摘　　要：随着新能源行业的发展,风电和煤化工等行业焊工职业技能鉴定考试日益增多,为改善焊工职业技能鉴定中数控车床加工钢板坡口过程中的浪费现象,介绍了一种利用四杆机构和杠杆原理设计的简易焊工考试用带坡口钢板火焰切割下料机,该机械在武威市第十职业技能鉴定所焊工技能实操考试中应运效果良好。With the development of new energy industry, welder professional skill appraisal test for wind power industry andcoal chemical industry are increasing, in order to prevent the waste phenomenon in CNC lathe processing that to get groovesteel plate for welder professional skill appraisal, this paper introduces the design process of a simple flame cutting machine toget groove steel plate by using a slider-crank mechanism and the lever principle, this machine has obtained good applicationeffect in the welder professional skill appraisal test of the tenth occupation skill appraisal institute in Wuwei.
